What is OUR policy?

Appointments

Feel free to make appointments by directly contacting us or through the appointment feature on our website. We try to make our services accessible to all, we are committed to providing a variety of means for reaching out to us. Options include: by phone, email or online booking.

*Booking options remain the same for Mainland and Fire Island services.

Cancellations:

Upon canceling your scheduled cleaning, there may be a fee accrued due to the timelines of your request. We ask that you please notify us at least a 48 hours in advance, in order to avoid a cancellation fee.

Rates:

Custom pricing based on factors including: the frequency of your cleaning service, clutter, pets, and lifestyle etc.
